Reason of Contamination of product in pharmacy

It is importent to be the delivered product to be in pure form in pharmacy as the contaminated product will not result in a good tharaputic effect. so the common factor which lead the spoilage of the pharamceutical product and contamiation pof the pharmaceutical product are as follows . 

Reason for the contamination of the product :

1. Accidental exposure to the environment : 

exposure to environment , and accidental lekaage of the material , accedental blast and damaging of any product parts . 

this lead to the entry of the microorganism and grow in it and form a mass over there and utilizing the nutrient and changing the chemical property of the substance and leading to the conamination of the product. and lowering the thaputic effect.

2. improper pakaging storage condition : 

pakaging is not good , there might be some place not pakaged properly which may lead to source of nutrilition for other microbes and lead to the factor of contamination. improper pakaging may also allow the entry of the forign constituents and leading to contamination as Accidental exposure .

3. inadequate preparation of the formulation  : 

 there is certain fixed quantity of the product of each of the substances that result in the effective of the pharmacrutical product . if any more foregin particle is mixed or remain unfiltered from the product lead to the change in the chemical properties of the product and leading to a souce of the contamination  in the pharmaceuticl product .

4 improper sterilization :

Sterilization is the technique to removal of the microorganism form the main product . once the product is made therre may be the microorganism in it . to remove them the process called sterlization is used . if the process is not successful or remain incomplete that might lead to the further growth of the microorganiam and damage of the product.
